What we deliver

Air conditioning installation

Efficient cooling that heats too — split and multi-split systems, properly sized.

Modern air conditioning is an air-to-air heat pump: the same unit that cools a bedroom in July heats it in January at an efficiency a panel heater cannot approach. For loft rooms, garden offices, extensions and open-plan spaces, it is often the fastest comfort upgrade available.

We size systems to the actual room loads — glazing, orientation, occupancy — and install to F-gas regulations with tidy routing and condensate handled properly. Single splits, multi-splits for several rooms, and ducted systems where you want the hardware out of sight.

What's included

A single-room split system typically costs £1,500–£3,000 installed; multi-room systems are priced by the design, not per box.

Questions we're asked about air conditioning installation

Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?

Yes — modern units are air-to-air heat pumps and heat efficiently in winter. For many rooms it is both the cooling and the cheapest heating upgrade in one install.

How much does home air conditioning cost?

A single-room split system is typically £1,500–£3,000 installed. Multi-split systems serving several rooms are quoted from the room-load design.

Does air conditioning pair well with solar?

Very well — peak cooling demand lands exactly when solar generates most. On a sunny afternoon a solar-equipped home can cool essentially for free.

Is planning permission needed?

The outdoor unit is usually fine under permitted development for houses, with placement rules; flats, listed buildings and conservation areas differ. We confirm before any work is booked.
